Welcome to Link Exchange Blog

Primarily this blog is to keep you up to date with everything happening at UK Link Exchange. Any updates to the site, new categories or features will be posted here. Keep your eyes peeled for lots of new features during 2008!!

Another thing I’d like to do with this blog is share some of the ideas I’ve found on the net some of my thoughts about web design and other issues. They’ll also be a few recipes every now and then!!

I’ll try to get into the habit of posting so that there’s plenty to browse through, feel free to leave comments but they will be checked before made live.

  1. Nice Blog. If you visit http://www.chordata.org/ you can post your feed for others to subscribe. I use this service to php parse RSS feeds into HTML for additional updated content on my design site. I get the benefit of content, the feed gets the benefit of links on my site to its pages.

Worth consideing if you want to push your link exchange keywords to the top of the search engines.

  2. By the way, I use cARP to parse the RSS via PHP into HTML. Google cARP to find out.

  3. Tried the link but I think their having problems at the moment.

cARP looks interesting, may be able to use it when the main site RSS feed is sorted, can propogate it over to the blog.

Must admit searching for cARP in Google makes me want to go fishing this weekend instead of decorating :)

  4. Nice blog, very well written and informative. Looking forward to future thoughts, especially about web design. I find this a minefield but I do try!
